How to make a return and exchange?


For Returns/ Exchanges you go to www.jachsny.com/returns and enter your email used to place the order. From there you'll be able to see all your items and select which you wish to send back. Click the Return Button and the next step will then ask if anything is for exchange and has a text box to write out request. Once submitted and approved you'll be emailed a Pre-Paid Return Label/ Instructions. 

When will my order ship?

Orders placed Monday to Thursday will typically ship within the next day. Orders placed on Friday and throughout the weekend will ship the following business day. Please note that during high volume sales (ex. Black Friday, Labor Day, Flashsales, etc) orders may take a slightly longer (up to 4 business days) to ship out. We appreciate your patience.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We try to ship your gear out as soon as possible. If you have already placed an order and would like to cancel it or change the shipping address please contact us at support@jachsny.com as soon as possible. For the fastest chance of us being able to honor your request, please send your message with the subject line "cancel order" or "change address” along with your order number and correct shipping address. Please be aware we cannot guarantee that we will be able to modify the shipping address because once the order leaves our warehouse UPS handles the rest of the shipment.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

We try to process returns as soon as possible. Once the gear has reached the warehouse in mint condition we will be able to issue the refund back to the original form of payment. You will be notified via email when your return has been issued. Please allow a few business days for the refund to process.

I forgot my coupon code. How can I price adjust?


Please email support@jachsny.com as soon as you realize you missed the promo code. We will issue you a refund of the difference with the valid promo code applied. Please note Promo Codes do not stack.

I received a gift purchase on your site. Can I exchange it?

Yes, we would just need to locate the original order placed in our system. To do so we would further information such as the name, email, or order number.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
